My experience with Laurie Phillips has been a positive one. She made the sale of our condo a smooth and easy transaction. We especially appreciated being able to reach her with any concerns or questions and were highly impressed with her quick response no matter when we reached out to her she was always available.

Her attention to detail was outstanding and always provided excellent feedback after every showing. She truly works hard for her clients and was so helpful in staging and maintaining our home as we were not living there.

With great appreciation and gratitude I would highly recommend Laurie to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their property.

Laurie Phillips is the only realtor we would use for Center Center Philadelphia higher valued property. We have used Laurie on more than one occasion (return business says a lot doesn't it?). She promotes a property in a way that reflects its highest value as well as having frequent open houses and updated marketing strategies. You will be choosing well when selecting Laurie Phillips to represent you in either side of a deal.

Laurie guided us to stage the property to maximize appeal and the offer. The process is often not easy. As a seller, it is easy to have "sellers' remorse" and ask yourself if you could have done better. However at the end of the day we did just fine. Laurie's greatest ability is to understand the client and support what they are trying to accomplish as a buyer or a seller.

My husband and I worked with Laurie for about a year looking a condo. Early in the search she showed us a property that after looking at many, many others we ultimately purchased. We couldn't be happier with either the condo or it's location for which we give Laurie full credit. She's so skilled at what she does and was a pleasure to work with.

Laurie Phillips did an outstanding job for me when I sold my center-city, high-rise condominium last year. I had known Laurie for many years and had always been pleased by her cordiality and her knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in the region. Laurie helped me set a realistic but favorable asking price and immediately started actively showing the unit. Literally within days we had buy offers pending. I accepted an early cash-only offer. Settlement followed shortly thereafter at a price reasonably close to my asking price. Throughout this process Laurie and her team were considerate of my schedule and extremely courteous and punctual. Her sales associates were also efficient, knowledgeable, mannerly, and a pleasure to have representing me. Laurie and her team took over all the details of marketing my property with a minimum of inconvenience to me. I would proudly recommend Laurie Phillips without reservation.

When moving from the suburbs to Center City I had many requirements for my new residence. Laurie patiently took me to see many properties until she found the optimal solution. Her experience is unrivaled and she is 100% faithful to her clients throughout the entire process but especially when it comes to negotiating a fair price.

She is knowledgeable, listens well and showed us only apartments that met our needs and interest, not "pushy" and a pleasure to work with. Have patience since the process of finding a place took almost 3 years. She was respectful of our time and was able to work all the details without adding time demands on us and also helped greatly with the rental of the apartment.

This past summer Laurie Phillips worked with my daughter to help her buy her first home in Philadelphia. As her parents, we were excited and concerned that she purchase an appropriate house in a safe neighborhood with excellent resale potential. From past experience we were also concerned that my daughter was well represented by someone who put her interest ahead of a commission.

Not only did Laurie find her the perfect home but she excelled in making sure the entire process was focused on my daughters criteria and protecting her interests. From placing the offer to settlement we were constantly impressed with the level of attention and professionalism exhibited by Laurie. It's a daunting experience for a first time home owner and Laurie never pressured my daughter into making a decision. She explained the pros and cons of each house they looked at and once the decision was made to place an offer the logistics and paperwork that followed were executed without any surprises or issues.

Based on our experience we would highly recommend Laurie Phillips.

We were lucky to have Laurie Phillips represent us both in the sale of our house and purchase of a condo. Laurie presented our home as a unique opportunity and it sold partially due to her marketing. She made a difficult transition easier. She handles the best Philadelphia properties in a most professional way.

Laurie Phillips is a wonderful real estate agent. We have used her 4 times in the last 14 years. She rented us a house when we moved to Philadelphia. We bought a house using her. 13 years later she sold the house for us and found us a wonderful rental apartment.

Selling a house is not easy. Laurie made it as painless as possible. Before we put the house on the market, my husband and I had 2 meetings to discuss pricing and comparable properties in the neighborhood. Laurie suggested exactly when she wanted the house to go on the market. \She also suggested a few changes be made to make the house appeal to more buyers - in our case we repainted the blue walls of the master bedroom to off-white and purchased a new bedcover.

She or an associate was at every showing. They came 1/2 an hour before each and went through the house to make sure it looked its best for the potential buyers. I am embarrassed to say on more than one occasion they had to make my bed. I trust her and her associates completely. This was important because we travel often and the house was shown while we were out of town.

There was a fair amount of back and forth with the eventual buyers during the negotiation. Laurie kept us informed every step of the way. I think her honesty and knowledge of the local market helped with the successful outcome of the negotiations. When the deal was just about done, my husband broke his arm skiing and had to have emergency surgery. Laurie completed the deal for us, keeping the buyer informed as to why we were missing deadlines and keeping the deal moving forward to closing.

My husband and I highly recommend her.
