Originally from a suburb outside Manhattan, and now a proud Philadelphian since 1974, Phillips studied painting and design at Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) before entering the cityís real estate space. She started in familiar territory with commercial real estate, but soon after transitioned into residential to have more personal contact with her clients. She credits her background in design and the fine arts with her keen ability to redefine how people use living spaces.

Discerning and intently focused on delivering incomparable living experiences to her clients – many of whom she considers close friends – Phillips works with a few select homebuyers at a time, and lists a limited number of properties.
